Beneath His Cross is a love letter through the heart of Mary to every priest.
“No words I can use would be too strong to state that the Catholic priesthood needs prayer and sacrifice as never before since Calvary.”

What priests are saying about Beneath His Cross
“I give my wholehearted and grateful support to the badly-needed initiative which is being undertaken by the members of the "Beneath His Cross" apostolate on behalf of our bishops, priests, deacons and seminarians. During these trying times when priests are typically confronted with so much opposition, infidelity and misunderstanding, as well as the relentless temptations and attacks of the powers of hell, the prayers, support and spiritual sacrifices of our dear friends of the "Beneath His Cross" apostolate are surely a great source of graces, blessings, comfort, strength and consolation to us all. May Almighty God abundantly reward them all for their unfailing love for Christ and His Church, His Eucharistic Presence, and the holy priesthood He instituted at the Last Supper.”
Fr. Bill Casey of the Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy
Dear Yolanda, I would like to thank you for your love for Christ and his priests. It was our humble honor to have you.
Beneath His Cross Apostolate is a divine gift given to the Church in a time of great crisis. It is truly a divine gift because it is divinely inspired and directed toward Christ through whom, in whom, and with whom all Christians share His holy Priesthood.
Furthermore, Beneath His Cross is a concrete way the faithful fulfill their priestly vocation. By virtue of baptism, all share in Christ’s priesthood. Now as the faithful gather, adore, and offer sacrifices together with the Blessed Lord to the Father, they realize what the Church teaches: “In him[Christ] all the faithful are made a holy and royal priesthood; they offer spiritual sacrifices to God through Jesus Christ, and they proclaim the perfections of him who has called them out of darkness into his marvelous light” (Presbyterorum Ordinis No. 2).
Thus, it is not possible for the ministerial priesthood of the ordained to truly be fulfilled and lived out authentically without the sacrificial and spiritual support of the common priesthood of the faithful. For that I pray one day all parishes will embrace this apostolate for the sake of Christ and her Church.
May you continue to be blessed and guided by the Spirit of Christ.
Yours in Christ,
Fr Anthony Le
What people are saying about Beneath His Cross
Beneath His Cross apostolate has helped increase my understanding of the dignity of the priesthood tremendously. You can't help but walk away with a greater reverence for the Priesthood and Mass. You wish everyone could participate and receive the rich knowledge we receive at Beneath His Cross. – Evelyn, La Puente
Words that come to mind are - beautiful, inspiring and edifying. I felt a renewed inspiration to pray for priests. Praying the rosary with those beautiful meditations made me feel closer to priests. Father Marx’s explanation of the Mass was his best ever!!! I just want to thank you Yolanda for your dedication and hard work in getting this ministry going. – Maria, Upland
Beneath His Cross Apostolate is an answer to the need for more prayer and support for our priests. Father Marx’s talk on the Holy Mass was so inspiring and heartfelt. The emotion in his sharing was so moving and touched my heart. I was especially elated that we started with the Holy Mass, followed by the Rosary and Chaplet for Priests. It all worked out very beautifully. Thank you, Yolanda. – Amy, West Covina
Beneath His Cross is a beautiful and holy ministry that uplifts one’s heart and mind to God through His Holy Mother Mary. It has inspired me to pray and sacrifice especially for priests. I grew up during the turmoil and confusion of the 1960-70’s when many priests were leaving the priesthood. Beneath His Cross advocates for priests (and religious) and the need to pray for their strength, courage and perseverance to live their vocation. It is a vital ministry today when religious freedom and true catechesis is under attack. Our priests need prayers to thwart such evil attacks and to serve as Alter Christus. – Mary, Upland
Yolanda’s apostolate, workshops, and retreats have further ignited my love and appreciation for priests. She has a great love for Christ in the priesthood and a true gift for sharing the magnificence of what a priest represents. I view Yolanda as a humble and authentic woman who gently and lovingly encourages others to support priests in any way possible. Yolanda has been a blessing in my life and a prayer partner for priests. This apostolate is a lovely reminder and invitation to my heart that Christ calls me to pray fervently and offer sacrifices for our dear priests……always. – Elsa, Alta Loma
